We’re hiring a short-form video editor

You notice where a video loses you, and you have an idea for a better cut. You enjoy finding the story in footage: the opening line, the pause, the detail that makes someone keep watching. This is a role for someone who wants to make thoughtful, inventive short-form work and get better with every edit.

What you’ll make

You’ll turn our footage into 15–60 second vertical videos, working from a brief with room to bring your own ideas. Find the hook, shape the story, and use captions, sound and pacing to make it feel right for the audience.

You’ll work through feedback with Johnny and Nina, try different approaches, and see how the finished posts perform. The aim is to develop your judgment as well as your technique.

  3. A short paid test. One edit from our footage, to a brief.

We’re also hiring a social content producer, combining editing with calendars, publishing and client coordination.
